Here at Emerald Valley, academics is important; but equally important are various aspects like sports, performing arts, life skills and value education. We believe that true learning happens outside the text books and the classrooms and we make sure the students get to explore various avenues besides the prescribed curriculum.
Emerald Valley provides ample opportunities and exposure to the students to learn about a variety of non academic subjects – from the common ones like yoga and taekwondo, art and craft, music and dance to relatively untried areas like farming, research, documentary making, alternate and sustainable development, green ventures etc. Here at Emerald Valley the children learn to grow up to be simple yet sophisticated, modest yet confident, modern in ideas yet rooted to their culture and traditions, bold yet compassionate and always aware of their rights and responsibilities.

At EVPS this is what we strive to do. We believe in being academically competitive and strong yet, at the very same time, socially aware of the repercussions our choices and decisions have on the world we live in. We do not judge ourselves only by the scores we achieve on tests but more so on what we have done with those scores for the greater good of the community.
We place equal importance on the kind of people we are raising – our students today will be the future generation of the world tomorrow. And we take that job very seriously!
At EVPS we care for the growth of the whole child not just the academics. We firmly believe that academics is just one branch of the tree. We raise and nurture the whole child! Along with academics – sports, arts and extracurricular activities are given equal importance. We instill values in children that hopefully will stand the test of time and make them better human beings. In today’s materialistic world where a person’s worth is measured by how much money or wealth one has, we teach our children that the true wealth of a person lies in his character and the weight and worth of his/her given word.
We believe that when they leave the gates of this Emerald Valley they do as they believe and believe in what they do! They do not do what only benefits them but do with purpose what equally benefits both – them as well as the world around them. At EVPS we teach true self worth!
Through true self worth one can face life’s challenges with ease. They will not crumble when faced with failure but instead learn from it and use it as a stepping stone to move ahead and forge a new path for themselves. They will build bridges where there were none before and be the change they want to see in the world.
At EVPS, we also encourage children to dream and equip them with values and skills to make those dreams come true.
